• What is Cori and Sage?
  Cori and Sage is a photo and event studio designed for creativity and celebration. Our space is perfect for photoshoots, personal gatherings, brand activations, and corporate events.

• Where are you located?
  Cori and Sage is located in Downtown Austin, within walking distance to the Texas Capitol and most of the Downtown areas.

• What are your hours of operation?
  Our studio is available for bookings 8am - 8pm, but special accommodations may be made upon request.

• How do I book a session?
  Bookings can be made online through our website. If you have special requests, feel free to email us at cheers@coriandsage.com

• Do you allow walk-ins?
  No, all sessions and events must be booked in advance.

• What’s included in my rental?
  Each rental includes access to our beautifully designed space, natural lighting, select furniture and basic photography equipment. Additional equipment may be available for rent in future. 

• Do you have different setups or backdrops?
  We are planning to build out additional curated areas and setups in the future, but for now, the space offers plenty of indoor and outdoor shooting areas. There is also a full bath with a shower for any needs that may arise.

• How long can I rent the studio?
  Rental times are flexible, with a minimum booking of 1 hour. We also offer half-day and full-day options.

• Can I tour the space before booking?
  Yes! We offer scheduled walkthroughs. Email us to set up a time.

• Can I book Cori and Sage for events?
  Our space is perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, brand activations, corporate gatherings, and more. Please email cheers@coriandsage.com before booking your event.

• Do you allow outside vendors?
  Yes, you are welcome to bring your own vendors, including catering and decor teams. All vendors must comply with our studio guidelines.

• Can I serve alcohol at my event?
  Yes, but you must provide proper permits and hire a licensed bartender if required by local laws.

• Bookings include reserved time for setup and breakdown. Exceeding your time may result in additional fees.

• The space must be left as it was found—please clean up after your session.

• No open flames, smoking, or illicit substances allowed on the premises.

• Music is permitted but must be kept at a respectful volume. A Bluetooth speaker is available for your use. Please be mindful of noise levels to ensure a great experience for everyone!

• Guests are responsible for any damages to the space or equipment during their rental.

Renters are responsible for basic cleaning, including:

• Throwing away all trash in designated bins.

• Wiping down all used surfaces.

• Returning furniture and props to their original place.

You are responsible for any damage to the studio, including spills, scratches, excessive wear, marks, or stains on furniture, fixtures, floors, or painted surfaces. The studio and all furnishings/equipment must be left clean and in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Trash must be placed in trashcans, and any larger trash should be disposed of in the outside dumpster.

If the studio is not returned in the same condition, renter agrees to pay:

• A minimum $120 cleaning fee (calculated at $120 per hour).

• The cost to repair or replace any damaged furnishings, equipment, or studio property.

• Full payment is required to secure your booking.

• Additional fees may apply for extra guests beyond the listed occupancy.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the booking will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking.

• Rescheduling within 48 hours may require a rescheduling fee.

• All guests must follow local safety regulations.

• Cori and Sage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• Any accidents, injuries, or damages must be reported immediately.

• Any renter hosting an event must ensure all attendees follow safety and capacity guidelines.

• Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or medical professionals?
  Yes! We are passionate about giving back. Reach out to discuss special pricing options.

• Can I host a workshop or pop-up at Cori and Sage?
